They could definitely tide you over for a Jazz Festival or Pioneer restoration project until you get lugs without the arches. I tried them on a Vistalite shell& they will definitely fit. Solid 4 Lug Piecrust Rim Bowl with Davis COA This is a very nice Mississippian bowl measuring 9"x2 3/4" It is very similar to figures 80 and 81 on page 40 of Hathcock's Ancient Indian Pottery Book. This bowl is solid with no cracks or restoration. It does have one broken lug. But otherwise it is perfect. It was found in Arkansas. Tom Davis gave it a grade of 7-solid. Prior to the Great War, watches were considered jewelry for women and rather effeminate for the discerning man. WWI would change this, putting the watch on the wrists of soldiers fighting in the trenches of Europe. This event having repercussions once the soldier returned home. As one 1919 advertisement promoting wristwatches for gentlemen states. Such devices were Manly watches for manly men. Any man so out of date as to consider the wristwatch effeminate need only learn the kind of men who use them. The fighting men, the soldiers in the World War, the military and naval men the world over, the big game hunters, the aviators, motorists, yachtsmen. By the end ... moreof the 1920s. Wristwatch production would surpass pocket watch output at most U.S. factories and Swiss factories, a trend that became more pronounced over time. I am pleased to offer for sale the following antique military officers timepiece from my personal collection. Made by the respected Moeris Watch Co. of Switzerland in the late 1910s and just back from my watchmaker David. This firm began as Moeris& Jeanneret in 1893. Winning a gold medal at the Swiss National Exhibition in 1896, a medal at Thun in 1899 and hors concours award in Milan. 1906. By 1910 and based in St. Imier, Switzerland it was named F. Moeri, S.A. and then, after WWI, simply MOERIS, suggesting an attempt at anglicizing the name. It is a men's ¾ size(also referred to today as boy size) military timepiece. Set in a double-hinged. Here's a rare find. You'll have fun with this pre-owned wood 5-Lug Champion 4" x 13" white snare drum. Its badge reads"Champion. It has no other markings. I believe these were made by Rogers and. After investigating online, the badge dates it to around 1954. The top REMO WeatherKing Fiberskyn head appears like new. The strainer mechanism works and I see no evidence of past damage. Me? I'm not a music store/repairman. Looking for instruments and getting them into the hands of players is a hobby of mine. Buy accordingly. I've never come across one of these. You should have seen the big puffy 70's Partridge-Family pillow that came out of the Bass Drum when I found this kit! I might not should have thrown that away. The red sparkle wrap on the Bass Drum shows significant fading on the top half. The wrap on the 12" Tom shows some light fading. The wrap on the Snare and the Floor Tom are in pretty nice condition. Much better than the 12" Tom and Bass. Bass Drum: 22" diameter. 10 Lug. Both Bass Legs are present, but the left Bass Leg Mount has stripped threads for the T-bolt. Being held in place now with a little hose clamp(see pics) The Tom mount is in good operable condition. All Lugs and Tension Rods in good condition. Chrome hoops in good condition.
