Here's a beautiful specimen of the old Kustom amps! This is a Kustom 200-B4 Head. With matching 3-15" cabinet, one of which is an aluminum horn. The other two are factory Jensens. Both are in a beautiful cascade(or teal? color. Everything is in excellent plus condition, all effects& controls function as they should. Channel 1 has volume. Bass, treble, bright, reverb, tremelo speed& intensity. Channel two has volume, bass, treble, bright, selective boost, boost volume& harmonic clipper. The stock speaker is not included. I replaced it with a Celestion AlNiCo Gold speaker. Which I sold separately a few months ago. I haven't been able to track down the original, so I have to sell it WITHOUT a speaker. The Celestion speaker(which I recommend) that I installed was under $200, and you can surely find one for cheaper than that. The installation process is a piece of cake.if you can screw in a light bulb you can install a speaker into this amp. Also, the(2) 6V6 Groove Tubes have burned out, so you will need to order these. Again, installation couldn't be any more simple. Also known as the model 1463. check the website silvertoneworlddotnet for all the details on this amp. according to them, this is a Danelectro made solid state amp built in 1968. 35 watts. The speaker cabinet contains a 15" speaker which is a vintage 70's Radio Shack replacement. the magnet on the back of the speaker was too big for the cab. So the previous owner cut a round hole in the back panel. not a bad job, i couldn't even tell it was not stock until i closely examined it. tolex looks good. Grill looks good(tiny tear at top) face plate seems to have a slight bend to it, nothing major, if i had the time i would dismantle the head and bend it straight, but i'll leave that to you. i have played both guitar and bass thru the amp. Sounds great. t here is a space ... morein the bottom of the speaker cabinet to store the amp during transport. Don’t let the fact it’s rated at 15 watts fool you-this thing is built like a tank and will literally make your ears bleed. This amp was just recently cleaned& serviced by Tracy Sands. If you look at the chassis photo you’ll see the big mans initials(TS 3-24-04 from the first time it passed by his workbench at Badcat when it was new) The only real flaw on this amp is the small 1/8” tear at the bottom seen in the photo. Hi. This post is for A 1960s US made Valco Harmony 525. Very much the more versatile sister amp to the famous Valco Supro Thunderbolt. Both with Jensen c15. Same chassis& tube layout But the 525 has an added different sounding/power input& a very versatile added tone control. The amp runs quite. Sounds great-even at low volumes, has a broad spectrum of very natural sound. Is not fatiguing loves peddles& is very very recordable. I believe it's all original except for the power cord end. One of the plastic feet& one power tube. The only trouble I've found is a scratchy/pop sounding reverse polarity switch, a missing plastic grommet where the power cord comes out of the amp. selling my BOSE SPEAKER SYSTEM. its been in storage for awhile now and time for it to go. has no issues and works awesome. very loud.this system is soooo loud you cannot have it on 3 without the cops knocking on the door. the bass is just incredible and you can fine tune the bass itself right on the bass box to turn it down or up. i have a denon power amp with remote to run all the speakers and bought and extra cube to go with it. the bass box has 6 ports for the speakers.3 in the front and 3 in the rear. i have an extra one im throwing in. all speakers work flawlessly and 3 of the cubes are fairly new. a couple of the cubes have a little wear on the cloth and the cover of the speakers but they are intact and work with no issues. the system sat for the past few years in my closet since its just a bit large for my studio but i fired it up ... moreand it sounds awesome. also each speaker comes with its own wall mount. i have all seven official bose cords for each cube and the cord that goes to the denon amp from the bass box. i use banana clips for easy hook up on the back of my denon amp. the amp has all sorts of setting and just works great with the bose system. if you need pictures just ask.there are a bunch of cords i didnt take pictures of but i can on request. each speaker cube goes for about $100 a piece and the cords alone would get roughly $350 if i sell individually. any questions please ask

1960's Gibson GA-15 RVT Explorer Amp w/Trem/Reverb/Foot Switch Project
This is a project that wish I had the time/skill/$ for. This amp belonged to a school nearby. It powers on and sound gets through and the reverb and the trem work. All controls do what they should, etc. The footswitch looks immaculate and functions perfectly. The problem is a persistent hum that the amp makes(beyond normal 60 cycle hum) Cosmetically. It is in great shape, the only missing component is the power switch knob($1.00 or so to replace) Now the reasons I don't want to get rid of this but you should pick it up: Check out videos of this amp on Youtube. This US-made handwired all tube amplifier is similar to the INSANELY coveted Fender Princeton Reverb amps at a fraction of the price.
