I replaced them with CTS speakers from about the same time period, 74-75 7438 stamped on the one and 7517 on the other. Speakers are in great working condition, on issues. Up for auction is my 1965 Ampeg B-15N. I believe it is a'65 model from the serial# but could be wrong. It is in very good condition considering it's age. I purchased this amp in 2009 and not too sure about the history or whats been done to it over the years and whats original or not. Previous owner didn't know all the history. Anyway I bought the amp for the tone and it is a sweet sounding amp. If you like the old school tubby fat bass tone this is an excellent amp! Great for nailing the Jamerson tone. Since owning this amp the only things I've done were have a 3 prong plug installed and also had speaker reconed by professional amp service near me in NJ. Tolex and grill look original to me and are worn but not too bad. Has a tolex cover for it thats beat up but will help keep it protected.
