Vintage JBL E130-8 15" 8 ohm speaker pulled from a lightly used pa bass bin. The driver is in perfect cosmetic and operating condition and has been fully tested. No rattles. Scrapes, tears or other issues- just good sound. Aluminum dust cap is dent-free. Voice coil measures 6.7 ohms on my fluke multimeter, making it 8 ohms nominal. Has original cone, never been re-coned! For sale is a Carvin Pro Bass 100 combo amplifier with a 15 inch speaker. You can read a bit about the amp here: and here: I am the original owner and bought this in 2001 or 2002. It has mostly stayed at home for practice though I’ve taken it out a few times. As the pictures show. It is in great condition. In my opinion. This line of Carvin amps provides some of the best value around. They are solidly built in the USA. And have nice features that aren’t always found at this price/power point. In particular. The compressor and the noise gate both work well and help keep the tone clean and smooth. Carvin no longer makes this specific amp. Though they still produce similar options. If I want another amp in this range. I’ll probably get another Carvin. Meanwhile. You have a chance to pick up a great amp at even less than Carvin’s already-low ... morefactory direct pricing. This is a great practice and rehearsal amp. At less than 50 pounds with a solid handle it is heavy but not backbreaking. It can handle small venues. But it’s not a full-blown gigging combo. The head delivers 100 watts at 8 ohms. And the 15 inch woofer is rated for 400 watts at 8 ohms. As you can see from the pictures the speaker is set up to allow an easy line in if you want to run it from another amp. Effectively allowing it to serve as a 1x15 cab. I ran it from my Mesa/Boogie Buster 200 2x10 combo and it sounded great as either the sole speaker at 8ohms or at 4 ohms with the Boogie’s speakers also engaged. 1966 Fender VT Bassman Amp. Head and Cab. with 2 15" speakers. Power Amplifier
This is a 1966 VT Bassman piggyback model amp and cab combo. The cab has 2 15" speakers. The speakers where replaced years ago but I still have the originals which will go with it. The only mod done to the head was to add a ground so you dont get shocked while singing into a mic. The serial# is 15393 The replacement speakers are Electro Harmonix 15" All work on this amp and cab have been done professionally. Bassman Amp AA165. Pat. 66, Production 13, Power supply 117 Volts, 50/60 cycles AC,Power consumption 175 Watts. That is all info. that is listed inside head.
