This was part of their support equipment. I have not been able to test this unit. So it is being sold as-is. I can not fully read the part number, but I believe it is 3429. History of tool/tester: Until the 1890s. Dishonest farmers could water down their milk or remove some cream before selling it to the factories because milk was paid for by volume. There is a Burlington VU(decibel? panel meter, a Calrad power transformer, a ShallCo, Inc 378-0592-010, 21 steps, 2db/step, A118 attenuator(dated 0974) and lots of electronics mounted on a circuit including some type of C.P.
