An old Ideal Toy Corp game called Grand Slam. The copyright on the box is 1969. I would say that it was used but not very much. All pieces appear to be there and in very good vintage condition. The box does show some minor wear and fading but it is still in very good vintage condition with no rips or tears. The instructions are on the inside of the cover. You get: The game mat. Antique Barler's Ideal Oil Heater no. 2 Kerosene Room Heater Stove-Cast Iron
I bought this at a local estate sale. I don't know anything about them but it looks to me like that the only thing missing is the wire handle. Everything else seems to be there. The float for the fuel indicator slides as it should. I don't see any holes or really many dents in the tank. The wick does not roll up and down. One would imagine it wouldn't after years of sitting around and the wick will most likely need replacing anyway. The top hinge works perfect for letting the top tilt back. Great condition for someone to bring back to it's original condition. Not much else I can tell you about the heater. I took as many pics allowed for you to judge it's condition. This auction is for this vintage Marble's Ideal sheath knife that is shown. I am not an expert but believe it dates from the 1950's or 1960's. The blade is 5 inches long and the overall length is 9 1/8 inches long. I do not believe this knife was ever used and believe that what is on the blade is the original factory oil or grease. There is also some green tarnish substance on a little of the brass parts. I could have cleaned this knife up but felt it should be left as is for the new owner. The stag handle has No pins and as the pictures of the sides show there are some scratches on the edges of the stag. I got it as it is shown in the box with the paper and sheath. I believe it is all original but you be the judge Prior to bidding. The spotting that looks like it is on the blade is not on the blade, it is just in the oil or grease. ... moreI believe this knife is in near mint condition at worst, the sheath is in very good to near mint condition and the box is in good condition.
