Description. VINTAGE WATERMAN'S IDEAL PATRICIA FOUNTAIN PEN ~ IDEAL ~ Rare MOSS AGATE Green Gold Marble Pattern ~ ~ Art Deco Cap Band and Clip ~ a Waterman IDEAL Solid 14ct Gold Nib. Circa 1934 ~ ~ Rare ~ Production during Depression Years 1930s Up here is a vintage Waterman's Lady Patrician fountain pen. Which was manufactured in Canada circa 1934. This Waterman's is a fine example, in eye-catching gorgeous rare MOSS AGATE GREEN GOLD MARBLE patterning, with ART DECO CAP BAND& POCKET CLIP. This color is one of the the highest sought after colors among Patrician series. The pen seems to be in nice condition, without any major damage only showing minor wears due to age; and some crazing at the back of the cap. The imprint on the barrel is crisp. It bears a Waterman's 14ct solid gold nib. I have not tested the pen. Just not ... moresure how it works to fill and test in fear of damaging it. Brunette Ideal Crown Princess, forerunner to Little Miss Revlon
Up for auction is an Ideal Crown Princess with brunette hair. She was made for one year only. In 1957, and is the forerunner to Little Miss Revlon. Though these dolls are usually unmarked, this doll is faintly marked 10 1/2 R on the right upper inside arm. Her face paint is faded, and her eyes look green or gray. Both eyes stick open and do not operate smoothly, but the left eye sticks a lot more than the right. Her hair is in a ponytail with no missing plugs that I can see, though there are a few thinning plugs in the back. Her ears are pierced, but don't look like they have ever had earrings in them. Her fingernail and toenail polish is acceptable. She has a mark on her left front thigh, and a dot on her stomach. She could probably use a light cleaning all over. Her dress is original to Little Miss Revlon, and tagged, and in good shape.The ... morepanties and shoes are new. These dolls are flanged, so have no problems with needing to be restrung. This is Dina by Ideal. She's part of the Crissy family of dolls. I have given her a custom re-root. I used the rooting tool technique. She has a ponytail, but I decided to make it as long as the base hair. I dressed her in a mod outfit of white long sleeve blouse trimmed with lace, a black and white herringbone jumper, matching beret and red shoes. Overall she is in great condition. Her hair is soft and silky and it needs to be treated gently, so she is for the adult collector and is not a play doll. Auction is for this vintage. 1970, Ideal Mia, Crissy's friend doll. She is 15-1/2" tall and has her original box and clothes. She is all vinyl and her hair really grows. Push the button on her tummy and pull her ponytail and her hair will grow. To shorten it again, turn the knob on her back. Her hair is in a braid to keep it from becoming knotted and messy. Her hair will be wavy and longer once it is out of the braid. Looks like her hair was cut some on her bangs and maybe on the sides. She has lovely facial coloring and beautiful blue sleep eyes with all their lashes. Hands are lovely with fine detail to her fingers and fingernails. Her left big toe has a little damage to it-see my many photos as they are part of the description. Her outfit is original, but has been laundred and is faded some and has some stains. Up for Auction is this Beautiful Posin' Tressy Doll. She comes wearing a Bright Fall Flower Print Maxi/Granny Style Dress. This Dress was sold in the 1972. 1973 and 1974 in JC Penney Catalogs. Dress and Doll are in Good Condition. Dress is Very Nice but this outfit takes some patience to take off. Especially the sleeves- this is one of the most fitting outfits for Crissy. Since the dress is very hard to take off I have taken pictures of her body with it on. I don't see any damage. Her only flaw is that she does have some paint loss on her right eyelid. Ideal Little Miss Revlon LMR doll plus wardrobe of clothes- childhood collection
Up for bid is a wonderful estate find. A childhood Little Miss Revlon collection, including a doll and lots of fabulous clothing! For the most part these items are in very good condition. I'll try to make note of any issues that I see, but feel free to ask any questions as well. This is a great collection! The doll is marked Ideal on the back of her neck. Her stringing is a bit loose but she can still hold positions for the most part. Her hair could use a bit of styling(though it has great texture) and she has a dot of green on each ear. She also has some dark spots on her vinyl. Most notably on her right arm, but also some on her back near her neck. Her wardrobe has some fabulous pieces! Most of it is nice and crispy and unwashed. I'll try to go piece by piece and describe any issues I see: 1) The hostess gown has an Ideal tag and ... moreit is nice and crispy. The flower embellishment is in great condition. It does have one clean V shaped tear in the back. As you can see in the close up photograph. 2) The nylon formal dress is super crisp with an Ideal tag, and the original flowers still attached to the bodice. The flocking is lovely. The bodice is lined, and there is weakening of the seams in the outermost(pink) layer. Also one half of the top snap is missing. It still displays beautifully. 3) The halter dress is beautiful and crisp. No tag, but this is a well documented style. The skirt is nice and bright. The velvet ribbons are a bit wrinkled from having been tied in a loose bow for a lot of years. 4) The pink polka dot dress is also crisp and bright, with no tag. 5) The red felt skirt has an Ideal tag and is excellent. The only issue is that the black ribbon decoration has some slight fraying at the tips. The yellow sweater is nice. 6) The blue velvet coat has an Ideal tag and is in excellent condition. 7) The dress with the striped skirt and shell detail has an Ideal tag and is in excellent condition. 7) The pajamas have an Ideal tag and are very nice. 8) The lacey white top with the pink bow has a Vog
