This is a Vintage Ideal Toy Company Velvet Doll from the Crissy Family. She is from my childhood collection of dolls and is in excellent. Clean condition. I could not find any defects except that the elastic around her panties has gotten loose over the years but they stay around her waist without any problems(please see photo) She has been stored in a closet in a smoke-free home and was very gently played with during childhood. Her hair was cut in layers around her face as you can see in the photos. Her sleepy lavender eyes still close when lying down and open when upright. The adjust dial in the back to make her hair shorter still works as well as the belly button lever to allow the hair to get longer again. THIS IS A FABULOUS MINT EXAMPLE- WAIT TIL YOU SEE HER- SHE IS EXCEPTIONALLY PRETTY. Crissy hang tag is an actual original from the 1982(not 1969) Ideal Crissy) This doll is STUNNING and you will love her! Her rosy complexion& deep reddish brown/ auburn hair are extraordinary- no fading. Darkening, or yellowing to the vinyl and the hair is immaculately clean, extremely shiny, totally straight, really silky slick- only possible when it is in that"factory new" condition& hasn't ever been handled, played with, restyled, or combed, etc. Her outfit is crisp& mint- the vibrant orange lace dress w matching under panties- extremely mint condition as is the doll. She has bright yellow flat bow plastic ... moreshoes which are marked R 2 CM9983& L 4 CM9984. Her eyes are deepest black/brown w perfect long curved lashes- none missing& they work perfectly w pristine perfect eyelids too. Her cheeks are rosy& her smiling mouth is perfect w pink lips with white teeth showing. I have one photo with BRIGHT FLASH so you can see the shine on her hair as well as her eyes closed so you can see her lashes. Eyelids, etc Hair has a plastic wrapping at both the bottom end and the top of head- the growing hair mechanism is complete w perfect turn knob& it works perfect- never used. Box is a little bit shelf worn as would be expected over some 45 years now, but it is still glossy white& has excellent vivid graphics- both ends complete with all their flaps(bottom has never been opened) the locking cardboard insert tab is fully intact& solid w no repairs on the top- original orange jumbo yarn handle is complete- only a couple of minor sticker pulls- notably one on the top end& one on the side as you can see in the photos. Patti Playpal Doll Ideal Vintage Broken
This doll looks like a Patti Playpal when I look at pictures. If I'm wrong. Please write and tell me. She is about 36" tall. Other than her face, she is not in good shape. The worst is her arm is broken off. It looks like someone tried to attach it with putty See last photo. The vinyl is different colors by body parts and there are other dirty places. Some may clean up with a good cleaning. There are black marks on her heels. I got her at an estate auction with a group of large old dolls, so I know nothing of her history. I have here. From an Estate sale, the 1987 Patty Playpal 27" doll by Ideal. Patty is supposed to be a talking doll- but she does not have the cassette player that she originally came with. She is very pretty- has a LOT of bl0nd hair that I have put into pony-tails and tied up in red satin ribbons. She wears the original 1987 Patty Playpal dress- Her vinyl face, arms, legs and cloth body are all in beautiful clean condition. She does NOT have her original red shoes or underwear.I added the red panties- they don't really fit her. One of her little white shoes has a tiny nick on the sole. The top piece has sleeves and the bottom piece is sleeveless and more of a slip but the same fabric and red as the top piece. She is wearing plastic red strappy high heels. I am not an expert on dolls and do my best to describe them accurately. Please look at the pictures closely and if there are any questions email me. I will do my best to answer all questions. This is a Revlon Doll. Stands 20" tall. Comes in original closet box with a hook to hang hangers and clothes. The doll is in great condition as is her hat. Coat, and shoes.Her eyes open and close properly. Her hair is neatly tucked under her hat and looks good. Her main issue is her dress. It is need of repair. Her closet shows some wear but looks pretty good for its age especially the outside. It did come from a home with a smoker so it has a faint smell that I think could be remedied. This is a really nice doll to play with or for your collection. This is some additional information I found on the web. She has 14R on the back of her head. Out ... moreof the land of 1950's Fashion Dolls. Comes the exquisite 14R doll. Although, the 14R is probably just a mold marking, her distinctive face and her fashions, were a fashion statement in the 1950's and early 1960's doll world. It was thought to be a less expensive version of the highly touted Ideal"Revlon" doll. And pointing to the R on the back of the neck, but it is most likely just a sku marking for the persons making the mold for the company that ordered them. These dolls can be found distributed by Royal. Roberta Doll Co, Natural Doll Co. and many other companies. The doll body itself. Can have either jointed arms and legs, or may be just the stuffed body version which is filled with kapoc. The 14R refers to the head. Not the body type, which is recognized by the flatter flace, with a square jaw, and deepset eyes. The hair is not always the highest quality. Although I do have one, that I swear is"Revlon" hair, and there is a great variety of lengths and colors of hair.

Great Vintage Saucy Walker with working walking mechanism. If this is how they work, SEE VIDEO: Saucy has Brownish Red or Auburn hair styled in pigtails with ribbons and light blue eyes. Eyes have been repaired and DO NOT flirt any more. When I received the doll the eyes would not stay in their socket correctly. The mechanism had worn out from use or time. Eyes are open and DO NOT close properly(Eyelids come down perhaps 1/4 of the way) NO Guarantees or Warranty on repair. Doll probably would benefit from a re-stringing at some point. But is sturdy now. Head seems a little loose, slips somewhat onto the neck and has a hairline crack developing on the left side of the doll's head. SEE PHOTOS Head needs to be up on the rotating device to move. Legs have some light to medium spotting on the upper thigh areas. DESCRIPTION Shirley Temple. Embroidered Red Dot Dress(13" Features a white dress with embroidered dots in red, bib collar with red piping, and a red headband to match the waist. Its condition is fine; see details/pictures. DOLL INCLUDES. Dress. Shoes, socks, and body slip/underwear. CONDITION OF DOLL Arms have some cracks. But the legs are in better condition. Fingers show chipping, plus what looks like an orange stain at the tips- perhaps it is nail polish. Face has light cracking and faded makeup; lips look coral as opposed to red(could be intentional) and the bottom lashes are gone. Both eyes are clear. This Auction is for a lot of Vintage Tammy Clothes and Accessories. Some of the pieces are tagged and some are not so please look at the pictures to see exactly what you are getting in this lot. What you see pictured is all I have to the clothes. Alot of the clothes are in very good shape. Here's what I noticed with the clothing: the white capri pants are a little dingy and have a couple of light dirt spots that needs to be cleaned and the snap is off. The white short t-shirt is missing a metal button snap(there's a hole there) and it is dirty and needs to be cleaned.The red and white polka dot dress is dingy and has a couple of darker stains on the bosom area and it has a pentip blue mark on the front. The cream shirt with the burgandy flower has holes in the sleeves of the shirt and on the back. One day Sale! Vintage Great 1965 Ideal Toy Tammy Doll with Dress and Shoes
Up for bid is my own original Tammy Doll. She is wearing an original Tammy dress. This one was called Skate Date I think. She is in very good shape with minimal wear and no dirt on her body. One arm has a barely noticeable red mark under it and her face has a little bit of dirt but since I don't know the best way to clean the older fashion dolls I will leave that to the new owner. Her eyes and lips are still bright with color. Her dress still has both snaps and its original Tammy tag inside. She is wearing her white shoes although not sure if these were the original shoes that went with this dress but they are Tammy shoes. She is Marked Ideal 1965 on her butt. I am away at my dad's house and will only have one chance to list her so if you want her grab her because when the listing ends I will not have time to relist. 1960s Ideal Newborn THUMBELINA Baby DOLL w/2-pc Outfit & Socks -Still Squirms
This doll is in good condition for its age. She has a hole under one of her arms. Some discoloration on the fabric"flesh" at the tops of her legs, and a small stain on her bottom(I have not laundered her clothes- this may come out) and her hair is rough looking. See photos for details. She is 14" from head to toe. When I turn the dial on her back, she squirms slowly. There are some scuffs as would be expected on her face and arms, but no unusual signs of wear.

She has set brown eyes with intact brush lashes, and hair still in the original set with bobby pins holding her sausage curls(these dolls came with the bobby pins from the factory and the curls will hang out more loosely if you remove them) I believe this outfit represents"Heidi" which was one of Shirley's child roles. Many different Heidi outfits were made for Shirley dolls over the years. I have seen this one in books, sometimes with a different print in the skirt. The white peasant blouse is organdy with a black ribbon drawstring at the neck. She also has white nylon panties, sox, and red shoes marked with IDEAL on the bottom. It is marked on the back of the neck. Ideal Dolls, Made In The USA. I t has a hard plastic head which I think is on a composition.the body is cloth. And the arms and legs are composition I think( we think thats what it is) the body does have a crier. But it no longer works. It is not perfect and does have some flaws. And needs some repair/restoration. Please look at the pictures closely for all the details. She does not have any offensive odors. She is wearing a vintage outfit which does have tiny brown spots all over it and hole. not sure if they will come out or not. Three Ideal Dolls: Kissy, Bibsy, and Baby Chrissy.
This auction is for three dolls made by the Ideal Toy Company. They are Kissy. Bibsy, and Baby Chrissy. The dolls date from the 1960's and 1970's. They are being sold for restoration, repair, and or parts. The first doll is Kissy. She was made by Ideal from 1961-1964. She stands 22.5 inches tall. If she worked. When you pull her hands together, Kissy would pucker her lips and make a kissing sound. However, time has taken it's toll and her mechanism doesn't work any longer. She is still cute and would make a nice display doll with some cleaning. The second doll is Bibsy who was made in 1963. She is 23 inches tall and has blonde hair. Blue eyes. She also has a molded open mouth with tongue. She is supposed to pucker and make kissing noises when squeezed. However, I didn't know she did that until I just looked it so I don't ... moreknow if she works or not! She needs a good cleaning and her eyes are stuck open and are missing eyelashes. Her head and limbs have darkened some. The third doll is Baby Crissy and is the African American version. She was made between 1971 and 1976. There was a reissue in 1981 also. She has black hair and black eyes. If she was complete. She would have a ponytail that grew by pulling on it and a pull string with ring to put it back. However she is missing her ponytail and her hair has been cut very short. Her eyes are scratched and are missing the eyelashes. Her back is torn in a slit where the pull ring and string were and she needs a good cleaning. She is also rather shiny. Baby Crissy is in the worst shape of the three dolls but would be a good candidate for restoration or if you need parts. All three dolls are in used condition. None of them work and have issues. Kissy's mechanism doesn't work and her arms are loose. Bibsy needs eyelashes and her eyes are stuck. Baby Chrissy is missing her ponytail. Eyelashes, pull string and ring. Her eyes are scratched and there is a tear in her back. All three dolls could use a good cleaning and have some marks, scratches, an

Ideal 15" Drink/Wet Molded Hair Baby Doll for replacement parts or re-use. Doll has Soft Rubber/Vinyl legs and right arm. Left arm appears as a hard plastic replacement and shows mobility. Head is a rubber/vinyl and has 1992 at back of neck but body has 1983. Hair shows small spots of color loss and a dark spot as pictured. Face is bright and color is Vg. Sleep eyes are Blue with eyelashes. Back of body has 1 dark spot as pictured. Sweet doll obviously put back together. Good for parts to make an original or dress up as is for use. Condition is good considering she is pieced from different dolls. Still a Sweet faced Doll. Please review all photo's and description and ask questions before purchasing. 1950's IDEAL Walker POSIE 23in. Composition doll VP 23
For your consideration this 1950's walker Posie 23 inch doll. On the box for Posie the tag line was: IDEAL’S Posie doll with exclusive Magic Knee Action. The WALKING DOLL of a hundred life-like poses! I don't know if her outfit is original or not but she comes with it. She does need some minor TLC(repair) on her right hip. It is ever so slightly starting to spread.
