No test leads included. So if you need the good parts this has, ok. And I did a rotary knob test on it and the knob passes, so that ain't it. ANOTHER VERY NICE METER! If you could only have one bench multimeter. This is certainly a good choice. The Fluke 8506A is a typical high accuracy bench multimeter with one difference, it uses a thermal element to measure the actual RMS voltage of an AC signal as opposed to the more traditional method of calculating RMS voltage. Since AC voltage measurement is based on measuring the heat dissipated in a thermal element, the displayed RMS voltage is independent of the input waveform. I used to use this unit in my calibration lab and it works perfectly. It has been sitting on the shelf for 5 years or so, unused. It continues to operate normally as shown in the picture of the unit measuring the AC line voltage in my house.
