This is an older digital bench-type multi-meter as both a voltmeter and ohmmeter. Made by one of the best. John Fluke Manufacturing Company Inc. It is in really nice shape and I pressed all buttons. And all buttons are a go. I have illustrated measuring a 1.5V size AA DC battery, a 9-volt DC battery and direct connection to a wall socket at 120V p-p AC voltage. I have not tested the ohm side, but if I had a diode or something I would. When I short the wires, resistance reading is a flat.0000 and an open circuit floats like a crystal ship in an eternal sky.
