Here we have a vintage stainless square pan or dish and a covered bowl. Both with wooden handles. The square pan measures 10" from handle to handle and is just over 1 3/4" deep. The covered bowl measures 10 1/2" from handle to handle and is approx. 4 1/2" deep with the lid(2 3/4" without) Both pieces are in gently pre-owned used condition. Free of any chips, nicks or cracks from what I can see. As shown in the photos, there are some scratches present on both pieces, which is to be expected from use over time. There almost looks to be a light break on one of the handles of the covered bowl. It is only noticeable when it is looked at closely underneath the right lighting. There also must be a small dent or is simply a bit uneven on the bottom of the bowl, as it wobbles slightly when placed on a flat surface. Each piece ... morestamped"Stainless Steel 18-8. While th is pennant is not marked. I am certain it is a NY PCo. pennant just from my knowledge of their pennant style. They made pennants from around 1928(or ea rlier) to around the very early 1950s. I got this with a similar pennant that I can get closer to dating to around 1937-1941 so that is my best guess on this one. A great vinta ge nostalgic Americana penna nt! Design In the center. A courting scene by famed artist Jean Honore' Fragonard depicts a man and woman in the countryside. Flowers grace the four corners all on a white background. The edges are scalloped and gilded. This is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks, or repairs. It measures approximately 9” from side to side. This serving dish with two marks on the bottom was made by Rosenthal at its factory in Selb. Bavaria, Germany. The company was founded by Philip Rosenthal in 1880.
