The hand tool is a cam-action tool that features two crimping jaws that are forced to close in an arc during the crimping application. The CERTI-CRIMP ratchet ensures full crimping of the fitting to the tubing. Once engaged. The ratchet will not release until the tool handles have been fully closed.
