New grease, bearings, chains, drive sprockets, hardware, etc. Repainted, tested and ready for more years of use. I can tell you that if the chains are worn. It will fail. Used- Greenlee cable tugger puller Model 640 4000lb. wire. This unit is in good operating condition. Tugger was disassembled and cleaned. Painted and greased. Most of the pieces in this kit have dings, dents, tweaks, just basically what you would find in a kit thats been used. The case also has a few good sized dings in the metal. I added some new decals to the case, so you don't get it mixed up at the job site. Overall this is still operating nicely and should be good for some time to come. For a proper shipping quote.
