This is a used vintage MADE IN USA tube by Westinghouse. It tested good@ 96 for Dynamic Mutual Conductance. Tubes are checked for filament, shorts, Leakage and value. Minimum emission and DMC is 70 and max is 130. This tube passed all tests. I also let the tubes warm up for 5 minutes to get an accurate reading.
