Up for Sale is a Tektronix 7503 100MHz 3-Slot Oscilloscope Mainframe! This o-scope is in good to fair physical condition. With marks here and there, and other signs of use. You will notice that the"FOCUS/ INTENSITY" knob is cracked. It still turns, but not very easily. You will probably want to replace this knob. I do not have any plug-ins for it. It powers on and I got a trace"dot" to appear in the center of the screen. But I do not know how to test it beyond that. I am selling it AS IS because of the physical damage to the knob. Because of the size and weight of this o-scope. I cannot ship it overseas(or to Hawaii or Puerto Rico) but I can ship it to Canada.

Working CRT for Tektronix 2467B 2467 Oscilloscope; 154-0896-01
At only $200(a tiny fraction of the $6000 it cost new) I will sell you a still working CRT for Tek 2467/B scopes. Despite it only having a relatively low 5000 hours and excellent brightness, it has some of the usual memory imprints found on image intensifying CRTs, when some areas were repeatedly shined on. Imprinting is usually first noticed in areas where readouts land, but on this CRT there are affected areas beyond those. I would not sell it as part of 1 of my 2467Bs, but that's just my preference. Others might not find these imprints as objectionable, especially if the alternative is a dim or dead crt. The white area of the screen(phosphor) shows no discoloration or burn marks. This probe came to me as new old stock with some other equipment. I opened the bags and had a look. But I have not used the probe and it is literally like new, with all included accessories also unused. The probe is a passive 50MHz design and will fit all Tektronix and other scopes that I know of. Included are probe holder. Probe, probe bag, alligator clip, IC tip, retractable tip, ground lead and identifier rings. These were $100 back in 1982. The equivalent of several hundred now. I would always recommend good probes like these over the cheap Chinese rubbish out there in the marketplace now. Buy with confidence.

Tektronix TDS 544A 4-channel 500MHz color (LCD) DSO oscilloscope
This is a nice scope in good operating condition. It is a digital sampling oscilloscope with 1GHz rate and equivalent time sampling for higher frequency repetitive waveforms. The Tek 544A comes from the factory with all the options popular for the time. Advanced triggering modes, extended acquisition memory, floppy drive, and advance waveform math(FFT, differentiation and integration) When it came to me it had three issues common to the vintage- the standby regulator didn't function, the CRT was not operating, and the floppy drive had disk errors. I made the repairs and swapped out the original Tek CRT with color"shutter" with a"DIY" LCD from a donor scope. Generally, when I repair scopes of this vintage I also"recap" the surface-mount electrolytic caps on the processor, acquisition, and display boards. But ... morein this case I found the three boards were nice and clean with bright, pristine solder connections throughout. This indicates low total usage. In my experience it is better to leave things undisturbed unless there is a good reason. I ran through the operation modes, including GPIB(re-zeroed the error log) and the floppy disk hard copy.Several minor issues keep this scope from perfection. It has the usual dings and sticker residue(I cleaned some of the worst with IPA) The rear display connector(VGA 640 x 480 color) has been repurposed to drive the LCD. The LCD flashes"No Cable Connected" for a few seconds after turn on until the scope starts up the VGA. The AUTOSET button(handy in any DSO) has to be pressed quite hard, but works. The calibration is not current, in case that matters in your work. This scope should give you a long and very useful lifetime. You'll find the 544A far superior to those newer"lunchbox" scopes, especially in some of the advanced sampling modes. The LCD is set up for best contrast when viewed from above, so it will have nice contrast and viewing angles on the bench, but not so much if placed up above the operator.

This was purchased at an estate sale. Previous owners son said it was in good working order. There is one small crack on one knob that can be seen in the last photo. The crack does not effect function. This scope comes with original manual and two probes. I'm sorry but I do not have the knowledge or means to test this. Not really sure what that means but figured I'd pass along all my knowledge. It is in good cosmetic condition showing normal wear from the years. All buttons appear complete and not damaged.
