Notes: This oscilloscope is in PARTIAL working condition. The computer section boots to a Windows network login. We canceled the networking login and Windows loaded. The Oscilloscope software starts but never finishes loading. It hangs at the DSO8000 splash screen. And even after tens of minutes of sitting nothing else happens. Using our mouse and keyboard plugged into the back of the unit, we were able to close the DSO software and navigate in Windows, but when we re-started the DSO software it never completed loading the scope. It gave an error about a file on a networked drive(which we are not able to access with the scope sitting alone on our test bench) The screen is DIM and a little hard to see in bright ambient lighting. But with good color. The touch screen input works. We are not sure what might be wrong with this unit. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. 2252 was Tek's high end(most feature packed) 100MHz portable analog scope from 1990 to 1994. It cost $4500 new. But you can now get it for a tiny fraction, working correctly. 2252 is identical to 2247A, but adds an unusual feature for an analog scope: a printer port(which means it includes a slow digitizer) actually 2: a GPIB and a Centronics. These ports are compatible with printers of the late 80s/early 90s era, such as Tek HC200, HP 2225, and other Epsom compatible dot matrix printers. Tektronix THS720P 100MHz Oscilloscope DMM Power Analyzer with extras
Up for auction is a tektronix THS 720P. It's in near new condition and you can see that most of the leads are still in bags. I'm selling this for my father. So I can't answer any technical questions. He did tell me that it was last calibrated in May 2012 and includes the extra battery charger and 3 batteries, although the batteries are old. The box is worn from having ridden in the back seat of his truck, but you can see by the inside of the box that this is in mint.
