I'm selling a used Thermalright Venomous X RT heatsink with 120mm fan. I've got the box for it and the mounting hardware. It's used but in fully working condition and it's still a heavyweight air cooler. The newer Venomous X SB-E heatsink Thermalright makes is actually of lower quality than this older model. This version has the fins soldered to the heatpipes rather than just pressed in place. It also has the variable pressure mount where you can apply up to 70 lbs of pressure to the socket for better cooling. The fan came with the heatsink and is a 120mm Thermalright fluid bearing fan.
