HP 3440A Digital Voltmeter and 3444A DC Multi Function Unit You are bidding on a wonderful. Vintage multimeter. It is modular with a 3440A and a 3444A mounted in a rack mount or portable case. It is in working condition although I did not fine tune the adjustments. I tested it with a 6 volt battery and the reading was +6.262 volts. I tested it with a 500 ohm microphone and it read 480.6 and with a 600 ohm microphone and it read 620.7. It also has an internal 8000 ohm test resistor and when that button is pushed, the readout is 8050 ohms. There are two zero adjustments. One is on the front of the 3444A unit and the other is on the back behind the 3440A unit. The exterior of the case could use a good cleaning and other than some minor scuffs, it is in great condition. There are no probes included.
