Philips calls this Combiscope, at that time FLUKE and PHILIPS were producing test equipment in cooperation, so this unit can be found as a Fluke 3365 model. Frequency range is 100 MHz. And it comes with a Tektronix PM 6117 probe which range is 200 MHz. In digital mode various time/ frequency. Voltage measurements are available through the front panel keys operation. I took the photos of the same signal displayed in the analog and digital mode( voltage and time/ frequency measurements) so you can see the options available.
