Natural Finish GABLE End LOUVER Vent 27" x 24" (Nice Quality)
You are buying one all wood& screen gable end or louver vent. This one measures 27" x 24" and has a screen covering over the back. The 27" is the round circle& the 24" is the square. Somehow leaves got into the screen on the back. The circle is not cracked but the small opening is where the circle joins. It could use a fresh coat of varnish as it is partially faded. I am not sure what type wood this is but it has a nice natural finish. Thank you kindly

You are bidding on a rare& near impossible to come by solid cast iron building attic gable vent. It came from a brick building located in Eastern Arkansas that once was a farm& ranch supply house. It measures a whopping 36 inches across and is about 1/2" thick. It weighs somewhere around 100 pounds. It was no easy task climbing up into the rafters. Then removing it from the 4 course thick brick wall and then lowering it down 2-1/2 stories with a heavy rope. These beauties are getting harder& harder to come by, so if you have been looking for one, you will not find one with more detail. NO damage or broken parts, just some old chipped paint.
