This is a Mitsubishi Spindle Driver Speed Control as removed from a Nomura P1053 CNC Lathe with Meldas L1 control. It should be in good condition. It has markings on the circuit board; TH30A F264770. On the frame tab it says; ZOFUKU and SA40CS and A1649. I carefully removed it myself from the machine. The lathe it came from had a problem related with the relays.
