This table has the new dragon cut ethercut set up with digital height control. Once you do your research you will quickly learn how nice of an option this is. I also incorporated a water bed into the table and I am really glad that I did as the table is in my garage and the water eliminates the mess and smoke. You can't see it in the pictures as I have a sheet of 16 gauge on the table to cut out some customers orders but the water bed has removable slats every ~2-3 inches. This top was removed from my CNC router and is in good shape. One end has some shallow cuts in it. Material is not an extrusion it's 5/8 solid aluminum mounted to cross rails. This was a high end Gerber machine and the table was one of the best available and was flat within a few thousands of an inch on my machine. The top rails are bolted to the cross pieces therefore one could easily cut the length or width to your needs. The table top is 30+\~ wide x 71+\~ long as is. I have 2 available. First this was originally a Gerber Scientific CNC router table frame and if you know anything about Gerber they only build high precision and heavy duty stuff. This table is all built with 3/16 wall tubing. Weighs over a 1000 lbs, two people can't even pick up one end I promise ... moreyou. Table is square. All tube joint welds are ground flat. As you can see in the pictures, it was nicely painted but I have had it sitting outside so it now has some minor rust stains. Another reason I want to sell it while it's still nice. This frame would make what I believe is the perfect CNC plasma cutting table. It will allow you to easily make a 5' by 10' or 5' x 9' burn table with 3' to 4' at the end open. This will allow you to cut patterns in say large rectangular tubing that wouldn't fit on your burn slates and clear the torch. Etc etc, and or this leaves the end open to set up a C or 4th axis for tube cutting various profiles or shapes etc. Also you could get scrap sections of 2. To 6 inch plate set up on saw horses etc. Replace the plasma torch with a oxy-fuel torch and burn out thick plate on those rare occasions. Then quickly go back to your standard plasma cutting table. Best of all worlds here. That is how I would set up a plasma table anyway. We used this lightly to create corporate decals using vinyl. We also prototyped product packaging. It works with a wide array of software, including easy integration with Adobe Illustrator. This is a large flatbed printer that I purchased used with the intention of removing the pencil and replacing it with a plasma cutting torch. Unfortunately I never got around to it. This would be a great starting point for either a cnc plasma cutter or a laser cutter/ engraver Overall Dimmensions 102" x 62" x 40" X axis Travel: ~72" Y axis Travel: ~50" The motors are driven with 24 vdc motors and optical encoders. The motors have been tested and are working. Included are two computers. Each with a 2-axes Galil motion control card, which are untested. At one point I had everything hooked up, and was able to get some motion out of the system, but it was not homing properly. The overall condition is very good. The table is constructed out of high quality aluminum extrusions. The linear bearings are high quality. Haas HRT-9 CNC rotary table & 17 pin servo control package
Haas HRT-9 rotary table and Haas 17 pin servo control for the indexer. The rotary table leaks a little oil. Is missing the snap ring for the brake on the rear of the unit and is missing the degree wheel that bolts onto the end of the worm. For my purposes, I never needed the brake and don't know of anyone who even looks at the degree wheel since there is a digital readout on the control box, so neither of these had any effect on my use. Both the control and table are fully functional, but they are not new. The rotary makes some noise, has dents and dings here and there and scratches on the paint as one would expect for an older rotary table. Selling a Troyke 30" full 4 axis CNC vertical/horizontal mount rotary table with a Fanuc 20m servo motor. Manufactured in 1984. It comes with a freshly machined aluminum subplate with 1/2-13& 1/2" dowel pin holes in alternating 1" pattern. Full part number is NC-30-RH-PC-S-180, where the NC stands for CNC, the 30 for 30" dia. table, the RH, for Right hand, the PC for Pulse Coder, the S for standard& the 180 for a 180-1 gear reduction. This rotary table is in excellent condition. I purchased it in 2007 for a job that required a lot of rotary work. It was a large aluminum part that required a lot of 4 axis work. I ran it for about 1 year with no problems at all. It can take a beefy cut with no vibration because of the massive 20m Fanuc servo drive and is very accurate. Notice the servo hum at minute 3:00. And 3:45 Cleaning out Dads shop. RT-3J SMW indexing rotary head. See video of working. Please watch entire video. The servo hums sometimes. I tightened up the cap, and it did change the pitch of the noise, I am not sure what it is, but it doesn't sound deep, it might even be a loose fit with the cap. It also didn't seem to affect performance. It might even be the controller, I am not sure that the system 50 works on these well. This auction is for a used 39" wide by 51" long by 2"+ thick"webbed"cast iron surface plate sold exactly as shown in these pictures It would make a good heavy duty base(or if your thinking really big and heavy duty. Even the X-Y table) for a custom CNC milling machine. Someone has asked how thick the top is between the webs; Overall thickness at edge is 2.164" at the corner where I cleaned off the rust in picture#4) the depth on the backside. Measured with straight edge between two webs is about 1-9/16" so thickness of top is about 1/2"+ to 9/16" + between the webs. It is rusty but solid without any cracks. Etc(it rings true like a bell) It has a rabbited outside edge around it's top face that is about 3/4" wide and near one tenth of an inch deep(see pics#3 and 4) I tried cleaning up a ... moresmall corner of the front face and once I removed the rust it showed very little pitting(see pic#4) Clean it up yourself and use it as is or have it blanchard ground to give it a"new" surface This cast iron surface plate is very heavy! Parker Daedal CNC Rotary Table 6" 200RT 4th axis NEMA 23
This is a Parker Daedal division rotary table in good shape. This table matches the 200RT 6" series dimensions exactly and looks exactly the same. But has an older part number 008-8414 which doesn't correspond to the current production 200RT part number scheme. The serial number is 9540386-2. Table is 6" in diameter and 2" tall. Mounting holes are on 4" centers. The motor mount is for a standard NEMA 23 servo or stepper motor. Gear ratio is 180:1 or 2 degrees per revolution of the input shaft. This may be adapted for use as a 4th axis on a smaller CNC machine.

The table came alive with light buzzing and somehow got the table to move a little on its own with the software you see pictured on that 18" monitor. I don't want to do any more for fear of crashing something. Overall this looks like a good functioning plasma table with a computer and software to run it. I have seen my brother use this.
