Up for auction is these 2 Used ARO Bant-A-Matic Self Feed Pneumatic Air Drills. Model 8240-30, both Drills have Jacob chucks, 1 has capacity of 3/8” the other has 1/2” cap. The chucks mounting are threaded(1/2”x 20 TPI) to screw onto their shafts. Chuck keys are missing. Their bodies are 1-1/2”Dia. The end near the chucks are threaded at 18 TPI@ 1.435” Dia. The drills have a stroke of 2” when operated with air; one has 1/4” tubing fittings on it. 1 drill still has it’s ID tag on the body. Model# speed of 2700 rpm. Total length is@ 20” I bought these from a Company maybe 15yrs ago and used them in my Woodworking/Cabinet shop for some multi set up production drilling. Worked great. I just checked them out and are still working good, and guaranteed not to be DOA.
