This listing includes the Mosrite Fuzzrite germanium pedal as pictured with the original battery type(battery has no charge after all these years) Lots of cosmetic wear but it works with new battery. Also included. I had it tested by Music Gear Guys(Denver’s#1 Pedal Shop! and it works. They mentioned that the contacts could use some spray cleaner after not being played for so long, but I will let you make that decision. I did a few hours of research on these pedals. Since this one looks so different from most of the others that are going for $300. They are a later version using silicon transistors. From what I can determine, only a few hundred of these germanium types were made before they switched to silicon. According to some, the germanium Mosrites were the type used to get that sought-after raspy sound. According to this website. A common problem many on older turret's is that the foam light seal becomes gummy and is no longer effective. Antique Australian Turret clock Gaunt Melbourne Rare 3 train fully restored
This is an extremely rare and important turret clock signed T. Gaunt. The clock was first installed in 1886 then relocated in 1966 to make way for a new building. We have pictures of the original building when the clock was installed. The clock was restored and put on display in the new building. A very clever device was made for the clock at that time which allows the clock to appear to run without having to be wound. It is an electromagnetic system that pulses the pendulum and makes it swing in a similar way to an electric impulse pendulum clock. Of course the clock comes with the original weights so that it can be run as a normal tower clock or left with the dummy weights as a fantastic display item. Included with the clock are 4 very good quality original dial trains, 3 sets of hands, a full set of weights being approximately 250-300kgs, ... morethe drive connections for the dial trains, original winding crank, pulleys and 2 pendulums. This is an extraordinary find that should be in a museum instead of a private collection. The provenance for the clock is extremely strong with original photos from the late 1800's showing the clock in the original tower. The clock is fully restored and comes with a custom made cast iron base made for the clock for display purposes. After 125 years the clock has now been moved from its original location. Thomas Gaunt is a well known clockmaker and retailer in Melbourne and the name Gaunt is associated with a number of important clocks in Victoria. Turret C-210 eSATA 4-bay 3.5'' hard drive enclosure
This is a 4-bay eSATA Port Multiplier enclosure(IIRC it contains a marvell port multipler chip) It should be connected to an eSATA port which supports port multiplier. Preferably Silicon Image 3124 or 3132 based controllers. There is single eSATA connection between the enclosure and computer and the four drives will show up as separate devices. The enclosure is manufactured by a Korean company called colossus. I had it for testing for several years but its actual use time would probably be less than a week. Once set up properly. Works pretty nice. I don't have the packaging or manual and don't think it would be possible to get a meaningful tech support at this point, so please bid iff you already know what a SATA Port Multiplier is and how to set it up. Urn, or ginger beer(or other cordial) dispenser? handmade from brass in the form of a castle or turret, and bearing a British Registered Design lozenge for 30th October 1874. The double urn is modelled as a turret and has a crenelated top with flagpole& flag. Twin semi-circular hinged covers, twin brass handles to each side below the merlons, a waisted tower, twin spigots. The hollow flagpole runs through the centre of the samovar. And the flag is impressed with a British Registered Design diamond mark for 30th October 1974 to one side, and the name ALBERT M LOADES to the other side. From what I've found out. Albert M Loades ran'The New Brewery' ... morethe'George& Dragon Yard' in Morpeth, Northumberland, and as well as being a brewer& spirit merchant, also made ginger beer& other beverages. The top of the urn has two hinged covers. Cortland TURRET Tennis Racket with Straightener Search This is a Cortland TURRET tennis racket that is in USED condition with frame straightener. This is a wooden racket. This tennis racket has been used. The tip is worn almost to the strings. The sides show very little signs of court contact. The grip has been replaced and is worn but the original leather end cap is still on the racket. The edges of the end cap are worn. And there is a nick in the middle of it. The strings are TIGHT and the racket appears unwarped. The paint on the throat of the racket has some chips at the edges and is crazed. There appears to be a VI on the shaft of the handle but I am unsure as to what it means. The Cortland logos are in very nice condition. The frame straightener is missing its spring and one wing nut but otherwise is in GOOD CONDITION. What is being listed now is a breathtaking beauty of immense rarity. A glorious reminder of timelessnesss of time: a tower clock or turret clock, frame cast in brass, main gears all brass and other parts seem finely hand crafted. The clock is complete and ticking away to glory in my drawing room after a break of maybe a few decades when it must have been consigned to the hinterlands of some storage/scrap yard! The last three pictures show the condition when it was rescsed from recyling and taken up for what then was called an ambitious attempt at restoring it. And just look at it now- what has been made of what essentially was a beauty though warped in dirt, filth, squalor and most shockingly, neglect! This turret clock was complete save for weights, dial, hands, pendulum shaft. Clock must be over hundred years old but no history is known. ... moreIt now has a pride of place in my drawing room, waiting to jump over to your drawing room and'tower' over your other possessions, ever so diligently keeping time and watch. This clock weighs roughly 15 KGs on a weighing scale. Stands roughly 15 inches tall(not hypotenuse but perpendicular) 11 inches broad at the base and 6 inches deep. The hour and minute shaft is roughly 17.5 inches long. All dimensions have been taken with a scale and some zero error is possible) All the wheels and their teeth are intact: a glowing tribute to the mastery of those unsung clocksmiths of the past. If you put the clock at sufficient height, and steel cable is fully wound, it can run for more than two weeks,I am told. However I have not checked that. If you collect figural match or cig dispensers. Or vintage maritime items,here is a really neat piece. I think its a matchbox designed to capture a Civil War iron clad warship. Old internet photos seem to resemble the Monitor? The 2 turrets are brass, and the sides look like hammered metal. It would look super in your display case, or on a desk holding matches, or paper clips or whatever. The inside is lined in wood, and has a felt bottom. Quite nice condition. Please look at all the photos as they are the best depiction of the physical condition of this gem. Its about 3 inches wide, and about 9 inches long. No rust or corrosion present. Omega Lens Turret 404-867 (w/ 3 lens mounts)
This item is in good working condition. There are three(3) lens mounts included. 421-932 is the model name of 2 of the lens mounts. 421-132 is the other which was later updated to 421-932. Meaning there are three identical lens mounts. These have a 39mm hole, which should allow most enlarger lenses(135mm rodagon was on it, and it cleared fine) Also, the black cloth inside the turret is in good condition(as seen in the photo) but the foam outside seems to have come off, when taken off of it's enlarger. Please note that i have read on blogs that this will not fit on on early d6 models so please make sure that his item is what you are looking for. This is an original World War Two Gun charging handle for the Emerson nose turret used in the Consolidated B-24 Liberator Bomber. I added photos of the turret and the charging handles location from pages of the gunners information file. this handle is made of metal with a wooden hand grip. It is 16 x 3 x 2 inches. B-24 is the famous heavy bomber that flew side by side with the B-17 Flying Fortress. The B-24 Liberator bomber is a four engine heavy bomber used by both the AAF. USMC, and the USN.The USN version is the PB4Y-1. It had a very good start and was well liked by the pilots who flew it.Today only a couple of B-24's still fly making it a very rare aircraft.
