This super-wide large format camera is constructed with a sturdy machined cast aluminum housing. The camera has a 65mm f/8 Schneider-Kreuznach Super Angulon lens set in a AGC Prontor Press shutter. The lens is set in a helical mount at a hyperfocal distance of 10 feet that will allows for focus free photography with a sharp image between the range of 4.7 feet from the lens to infinity at f/16 and 2.5 feet to infinity at f/45. The hyperfocal distance can be easily adjusted if needed to suit your own preferences. The 65mm Schneider-Kreuznach Super Angulon lens is super sharp. The elements are clear and free from fungus haze or scratches. The Prontor Press shutter is accurate at all ... morespeeds. The return on the self cocking lever needs to be reset manually. This may be repairable or used as it is. It should not present a problem in any case. The shutter speeds are T. B, 1, 2, 4, 8, 15, 30, 60 and 125. The aperture and shutter blades are clean and operate smoothly. The aperture range is f/8 to f/45. The camera will also accept a wide variety of medium and large format film holders and backs. The camera has a Graflok locking system allowing for the use of any 4x5 format Graflex. Horseman, Calumet, Polaroid or other roll or sheet film magazines. It also has a Graphic type spring back with ground glass, so standard 4x5 double-sided sheet film holders can also be used. The camera can be used tripod mounted, hand-held or sitting directly on the ground. The ground glass can be used to frame an image or the image can be shot in a point and shoot fashion.
