For sale is this incredibly cool My Double Dress Form Model B. This is from the 1940's. Has this great metal/wire flexible body that you can shape with the included rods. Rods pull out and in to form the shape. Wonderful snap together front and back of body. I have seen a few Model A's but it seems this Model B is rarer. Wood base that you can make higher or lower by inserting the peg. Both the top and bottom of the wood base still retain an original My Double label. At full extension. Model measures approx. 64" h with a base width of 18" x 18" Comes with the extra rods as shown. Such an outstanding display item. Would even be interesting to wear the wire body. GREAT USED CONDITION! THIS FORM IS ADJUSTABLE! I don't have the exact measurements. This form is very adjustable. It has separate wire mesh sides that connect with buttons on the front and back. Each extending rod is adjustable so expanding the form any direction is possible by just pulling the wire mesh sides away from each other. Each rod has individual slots to lock in certain lengths for different measurements of the form. The form as it originally measured 30" tall. 35" around the waist and 40" around the chest. So, in order to place form on metal stand, and have it not wobble, some type of reinforcer and a wing-nut will have to be a stand in for missing piece.
