This is a McLaughlin Spot D Tek Locator. I bought this new. Used this myself and took care of it. It includes a remote and a sonde. The locator takes 16 2a batteries, the remote takes 4d batteries and the sonde takes 2c batteries. I have the bag also and unless the sonde was in the ground it was in the bag, It hadn't been used in 2 years and when I cleaned the battery contacts and put them in, it lite up. In all the time I have had the unit it has never given me any trouble, but please know that it has NO Warranty. What u see is what you get.

Digitrak Mark III Directional Boring Drilling Locator
This is a Digitrak Mark III locator for use with directional drills. It includes 3 rechargeable batteries. A battery charger with both 120VAC and 12VDC leads, a remote display, and 2 sone cores(these sones are not good- over heated, but can be used for a core charge) This has been a great system and is very accurate. I've shot thousands of bores with this locator, never had an issue. It's got paint marks and scratches, but works very well. I have tried the newer models and prefer the older system because of the required interaction and resulting accuracy. This locator is easy to pinpoint not only depth, clock position, and vertical angle, but directional(horizontal) angle as well. I hope it serves you as well as it has me. Email with any questions.
