This is a Harris TS22L butt set with the angled bed of nails clips. The TS22L is one of the most popular butt sets out there. Letting you test or tap in to any analog phone line. It also has the data lockout feature, so if you accidentally connect to a modem line or a T1, you won't cause errors on the line. The set can operate in monitor mode in which case it won't take the phone off hook or put noise on the line. It can also operate as a traditional handset, with tone or pulse dialing. There's also a mute button, a speaker phone, belt clip, and polarity& status LEDs. The bed of nails clips let you connect to a pair of wires through the insulation. Which is very helpful if you're in a messy wiring closet or can't access the bix block. Many sets out there have just the standard clips. I have replaced the internal coin ... morecell battery. Along with the main 9V battery. The coin cell is used to store numbers in the internal memory when the 9V battery dies. Even if you don't use the internal memory, that coin cell has to have power otherwise the set doesn't work. If you're buying a butt set that's been laying around unused for a while, there's a good chance the coin cell has died. Don't fall into the same trap I did! This set worked very well for me when I was migrating phone systems to VoIP. It can help you identify lines. And troubleshoot wiring and dialing problems for analog devices like faxes and modems. This is for a Lot of 6 items. It consists of one Harris TS22AL and one User's Guide. One Harris TS22ALO, a HD Telecom HD-4, 3M Dynatel CSM-501, Hewlett Packard E2378A with two probes, a Fluke 8060 A True RMS Multimeter with carrying case. I am listing these as'not working, for parts only' because I am not able to test them as I do not know how to use them. The only one I was able to power up is the Fluke 8060 A. However, the attachment to the battery broke off when I tried removing the battery so that needs to be replaced. I was going to have it done but noticed there appears to be battery acid inside when I open it. I do not know where it came from because the battery was clean. So, it does work but it will need to be cleaned up and have minor repairs done to it.
