This is an estate find that is a telephone linesman repairman tester. It has a rotary dial test phone and the dial is 0-9 with corresponding letters. I am to believe it is from the 1940's and made of bakelite. The receiver has a dial and 2 aligators clips on the cord. It reads Bell System made by Western Electric. The last time I used this line tester it worked like a charm but has not been used for years.
