This was purchased from a local utility company. It is as removed from service. The outside of the case appears to have been carried in a service vehicle for many miles. With numerous rub marks. Inside of the case looks good, the unit itself appears to have had little use. It will come with eveything shown in the pictures plus a set of stirup probes and a printed manual. As I don't have a damaged cable in my back yard. I have no way of testing this, it does power up and the zero meter does zero out. All of the accesories that should be there are included. It has all the cables and probes. The model D.A.D. Directional Acoustic Detector features a new concept in fault locating that utilizes the speed of sound to show direction to the fault(thump) from where the operator is standing.
