Nikon DB-6 cold temperature battery pack with MC-29 cord for use with N90S
I used this with my N90S camera on a trip to Antarctica. The batteries inside most cameras will not provide enough power when the temperature drops to continue shooting. This battery pack solves the problem and keeps the camera working in extremely cold conditions by using 6"D" cells. It will also provide tons of capacity for continuous shooting without having to stop and reload fresh cells. The MC-29 cord connects the DB-6 to an F90. N90 or N90S buy replacing the battery holder with the adapter cord. I kept the batteries warm under my jacket and was able to keep shooting even after the camera(and my hands) got very cold. The DB-6 can also be used with an F4 by using a Nikon MC-28 cord. The F4 must also have an MB-23 battery pack installed. The DB-6 and MC-29 are in excellent condition and fully functional. It is in great condition. The wood has faded and could use a coat of clear coat. Not 100 percent sure how to use a barometer so i don't know how accurate it is, gauge has by moved in about a week. Vintage lot of 2 Airguide Desktop Weather Station Barometer Humidity Temperature
Both measure about: 5-1/4" long x 4-1/4" tall x 2" wide Both have minor scuffing as pictured Both seem to work as they should Both are made in U.S.A. Chicago 1 has Barometer. Humidity and Temperature reading's and the other has Temerature and Humidity Both case's are brown in color and have a plastic protective covering over the light gold face. You are bidding on an original metal 1930s GUINNESS THERMOMETER/TEMPERATURE GUIDE. The metal temperature guide states"Temperature Guide for Bottling and Storing Guinness- Above 60 degrees is too high. Below 50 degrees is too low" The item comes in its original box, where it has been stored. The item is still tied into the box and has never been removed. There is some spotting on the temperature guide, which has come from the original tissue paper in which it was wrapped. The thermometer is fully in tact and the brass piece at the end is in perfect condition. The temperature guide measures 13 inches in length and 4 inches across.
