Old 1939-40 Silhoutte Girl coca Cola Thermometer in Fair Condition
Here is a good displaying thermometer that is from 1939 to 1940 according to Petretti's Coca Cola Collectibles book 12th Edition. As you can see it apparently hung outside and the sun faded the writing and color of the button. The words"Drink" which was above the words Coca Cola are missing and the words"Delicious and Refreshing" below Coca Cola have faded. The thermometer works but looks like it might be a half inch too high for the scale for it will say 80 degrees when it is actually 70 degrees. Measures 6.5 inches wide by 16 inches long. One in good condition according to the Petretti's book list for $400. i am starting this one at my reserve which is a fraction of that. At the bottom it has"Robertson Dualife Springfield Ohio" I believe that is what the second word is. One of the clips that holds the actual glass thermometer is missing& a previous owner has applied a small amount of glue under it. A lovely Deco barometer/thermometer made by SUNDO but with markings in French. Brass coloured frame with metal back mounted on a typical deco pink glass base in lovely condition. The thermometer(set in the main dial at the 6 o'clock position) works well and-unfortunately- the barometer is working. It is dropping for rain! You are bidding on a 1950's Coca Cola metal/tin thermometer which is still in excellent working condition. The colours are not faded and still retain their original vibrance! It is marked Robertson- Made in USA on the bottom of the bottle. This is 16.5 inches tall and part of my own Coca Cola collection. I'm spring cleaning and parting with some items which I no longer have room for. This has been well cared for. The thermometer is in excellent condition with a few small and minor spots of rusting on the back. As you can see by the images. It is minor. There is also one hardly noticeable spot on the front left. See images for better detail. It is becoming harder and harder to find these thermometers in such good condition. The Kodak Process Thermometer is a precision-made instrument for measuring temperatures from 55 to 125 F. It is accurate to a quarter degree from the temperatures 68 to 82 F. Here is an interesting item in the form of a vintage Honeywell desktop thermometer paperweight featuring a Masonic emblem at its center. This was part of a small collection of Masonic and OES memorabilia that I recently purchased featuring mostly items from the late 50s through the mid 70s. It measures about 2" by 2" and does have a small crack at the upper back of the clear dome(see photo) The piece is perfectly stable despite this and other than a few flecks to the creamy white paint. 1920's Antique ORANGE CRUSH THERMOMETER B-925A Orange Crushy Guy + Advertising
From the research I have done this dates to the late 1920's and is in pretty good condition but it is over 80 years old! I have tried to show all damage in the pictures like the missing paint which is on the edges only the image is perfect a little faded possibly but no missing paint. There are minimal rust spots on the holes at the top and bottom and some on the rear. There are bends in top and bottom edge probably from removing it where it once was attached to a wall. There is also one small dent on the left side near the 70. All words are readable and the model number is still very visible less the A which is a bit difficult to see. The thermometer still works too.

Graphics are strong with gold color accents surrounding burgundy letters that read"Parker Wines" Reflecting Good Taste" In Any Weather" with a thermometer inlaid into the mirror. Thermometer appears to still function. Back is made of a cardboard-type material with a metal strap across the middle for support.
