I haven't had any issues with any of the other 3 at ALL over this time, however since the one drive is missing you are A) left with 168GB usable space and B) Windows takes longer to load since the driver has to search for the missing drive. Bootup times are not good(~2-3min) but it never bothered me, I just typically grabbed a drink and went to the bathroom, etc, and it would be on the desktop when I got back. It is insanely fast when in Windows, and I can say that it is indeed faster than my new Samsung 840 Pro SSD, which is the fastest SATA3 SSD on the market.
