Stangl Pottery Orchard Song Ripple Edged coaster/ash tray/decorative plate- 5 inch in diameter Price is for One. Two are available and will combine shipping. Good condition. Minor knife cut on front of both, but barely visible. The back side of one has a small area where glazing was overrun and also a small area that was chipped when molding, but has full color and glaze The other has a small bubble pinhead size on front where glaze is missing. Backside of each has the 3 symetrical bubble pops where they were apparantly sat for making. Hand painted.

These bowls are in very good condition given its age(manufactured in the 1940's) There are no chips or cracks. The motif is in great shape as you might be able to see when you zoom the pictures. There are a few utensil marks seen mostly at an angle and under a light. There is some loss of the gold but the vast majority is intact as you can see in the pictures. Besides the Homer Laughlin back stamp there is also another stamp of"Cunningham& Pickett Inc. Each measures about 8 1/4" across. They are made in the USA. There are 2 more of these bowls available. Vintage door hinges made by, Stanley Works, of New Britain, CT sometime during the first half of the 20th century. Each hinge is made of solid steel, and has a 5-knuckle design with ball finials on both ends. Originally. The hinges were copper-plated and given a black lacquer finish(Japanned" Surprisingly, most of the plating and much of the lacquer finish remained over the years! About Half-Surface Hinges: ... moreAlso known as"Half-Mortise" hinges, these types of hinges are traditionally used for screen doors and light-weight interior doors. The narrow half of the hinge mounts onto the door jamb. And the wider half mounts onto the surface of the door. They could accommodate either a right or left swing door. Both ends of the hinge shafts are threaded to allow the finial to screw onto either end. If you need to change their current configuration, simply pull out the pins with your fingers, un-screw the finials with a flathead screwdriver, and put back pins and finials on opposite sides. Condition: At the point of salvage. The hinges were dirty and rusty(see last photo) Much time was spent loosening the pins and cleaning each part. However, the hard work was worth it because now, they look great and operate smoothly. All parts are in excellent condition with only small nicks here and there. But no breaks, cracks, or chips. One of the hinges in Pair#2 has some minor pitting on its knuckles and the half(or leaf) that fastens to the door.
