This CONSEW Cloth cutter was made in Japan. It is model number 500-C. It is a workhorse that my grandfather used for many many years in his upholstery shop. It is an antique but I don't know exactly how old it is. It has been sitting in the garage since he passed away in the 90s. I made no attempt to clean it as I know nothing about this machine and didn't want to mess it up. But I'm sure with some compressed air, a wet cloth and some WD-40 this will clean up beautifully! If you plan to use it regularly you should probably change the cord, it is showing signs of wear(see photos)

Model 506 Volts 115 Amps 1.8 No. 4143 HZ 50/60 Made in Japan About 7 1/2" tall. 10" long, including the handle, the blade measures about 2 1/4" wide, looks like it could need replacing. This is a heavy duty cloth/fabric cutter. This one has been added a wooden piece to allow the cord to loop up away from the blade and also has been tied around the upper base to keep it there. This machine has been turned on and cuts through fabric nicely. In the last 2 pics. I have shown this one part that goes back and forth, not sure what that is. I have not used this cutter. Consew Model 506 Commercial Cloth Cutter Machine For Parts– The only thing wrong with this machine is the cord cover is broken but this machine is fully-functional and works great an. This is why I am selling it for parts as is other than the cord. i cannot fix it. This machine is 115 volts and 1.8 amps and stand about 7.5 inches tall and the blade measures 2.25 inches and cuts fabrics nicely when the cord was good. Please examine pictures as I have taken pictures of the cord and the rest of the machine.

It is designed for snag-free straight and curved cutting on light to heavyweight materials. Consew model 508 features a removable base plate which allows for optimum maneuverability when performing"off the table" operations such as trimming knitted fabrics and plastics and a hook for hanging up.
