I was told when I bought it that this machine was purchased new around 2004 but spent most of it's time in a warehouse after the company went belly up. It's overall appearance bears that out. The cutting and inspection table shows very litlle wear and does not appear that much carpet rolled across it. I bought it a year ago to start a retail Hardwood and Carpet business. Commercial Carpet mending machine. I am not sure how it is supposed to operate. I inherited it about 4 years ago. And has been sitting in the closet. It powers up, the light come on. When you pull the trigger on the gray handle the bobbin goe up and down. I did not attempt it more than twice, I didn't want the works to get tangled. No visible abuse to the frame or parts. Bobbin moves smoothly by hand and electrically. It is being sold on the basis that it powers up. Since I do not know the subtelties of the machine, I do not think that it would be fair to offer it in the condition other than I just stated.
