Oops! Thought it was sold. Customer financing fell through, here we go again. John Deere dozer for sale, 450D model, 1984 model year by serial guide book. Has forestry package with winch. Runs very good, recent engine work. Has a light smoke cold but mostly clears. Has very good power and will spin the tracks in a pile evenly. Starts pretty decent in the cold, was 10 degrees this morning and fired up. Tracks fair. Useable as is but to be perfect would need chains and sprockets. Runs and drives good the way it is though, bushings not worn through. Pads have had some corking done and provide decent traction. Steers very easy and shifts great. 4 speed trans with high, low and reverse power shuttle shift. Winch may need a control cable, unit worked fine last week but cable at upper side is out of mount now. this is the cable that engages winch, ... morenot the main cable, it is ok. John Deere 440 Crawler Loader Backhoe Dozer Bulldozer NO RESERVE PRICE!
Elk Forest Farms. Inc. has a used John Deere 440 crawler loader backhoe up for auction. I am unsure of the exact year of the machine. The machine is powered by a 2-cylinder GM 2-cycle diesel engine. The engine starts with starting fluid and runs strong. The transmission has 4 speeds forward and one speed reverve. All gears seem to work well as does the engine clutch. The machine steers both ways. The backhoe has some patching and welding done to it as the pictures show. We sandblasted it and repainted it with factory JD enamels. We put a brand new seat on it. The machine is an older machine however it is slow and steady. The backhoe attachment can be removed from the machine quite easily and reinstalled when needed. 1988 John Deere Dozer
This is a 1988 John Deere 450G Crawler Dozer. I purchased it about two years ago to do some minor grading around my farm in Iowa. I have a 350 John Deere that just didn't have the power(25 hp engine) to do what I needed done. The 450G is a power house(75 hp engine) When I purchased the 450G it had a 75% undercarriage and considering the minor work I used it for it should still be between 70% and 75% I have all the service manuals and will include them with the sale. The only work I have done to the Dozer other than normal maintenance is that I replaced the seat. This is a good Dozer and starts every time I turn the key. It even starts on cold Iowa winter days(10 degrees) It is a 20 year old machine and as you can see from the pictures there are a few scratches but. Nothing that keeps it from"Doing-the-Job"

1975 JOHN DEERE 450 C BULLDOZER 6 WAY BLADE
1975 JOHN DERRE 450C BULLDOZER. This machine is ready to work. We bought this dozer in 2010 to do some grading and ditch work on our property. We have only used this machine on onsite to do light dozer work. We found that we are not using it since the ditch work is done so it is time to sell it. We have replaced most of the hydraulic lines on this machine including the main pressure line from the pump. It has been maintained with oil changes and filters. The track is in excellent condition and has been kept in adjustment. The 6 way blade has some play in the pivot but works fine. We have the operators and technical manuals. This is a nice smaller bulldozer that can moved from job to job without a semi needed to move. If you have any questions please fell free to email me and i will do my best to answer all.
