Elk Forest Farms. Inc. has a used John Deere 440 crawler loader backhoe up for auction. I am unsure of the exact year of the machine. The machine is powered by a 2-cylinder GM 2-cycle diesel engine. The engine starts with starting fluid and runs strong. The transmission has 4 speeds forward and one speed reverve. All gears seem to work well as does the engine clutch. The machine steers both ways. The backhoe has some patching and welding done to it as the pictures show. We sandblasted it and repainted it with factory JD enamels. We put a brand new seat on it. The machine is an older machine however it is slow and steady. The backhoe attachment can be removed from the machine quite easily and reinstalled when needed. 1975 JOHN DERRE 450C BULLDOZER. This machine is ready to work. We bought this dozer in 2010 to do some grading and ditch work on our property. We have only used this machine on onsite to do light dozer work. We found that we are not using it since the ditch work is done so it is time to sell it. We have replaced most of the hydraulic lines on this machine including the main pressure line from the pump. It has been maintained with oil changes and filters. The track is in excellent condition and has been kept in adjustment. The 6 way blade has some play in the pivot but works fine. We have the operators and technical manuals. 1993 JOHN DEERE 450G BULLDOZER
This is a great running John Deere 450g bull dozer. It has been owned by the same company since new. It has the foot controls with the six way blade. Factory winch, with remotes. It starts right up every time no smoke, uses no oil, only has 1010 hrs on rebuilt motor. Total time is around 5000hrs on meter. The under carriage is around 60-70% I have been using it the last month to finish a new pond on my property, has been a joy to operate no issues, it is turn key, ready to work. 1997 John Deere 450G SERIES IV BULLDOZER CRAWLER **** 2703 HOURS ******
This 97 450G is a very good machine. We put 60 hours on it last week alone. It is working regularly. Buying a used dozer can be a scary thing. But. I can say that this dozer uses no oil, doesn't over heat, starts easy, doesn't smoke, No known leaks- dry belly and cylinders, Tracks don't come off, undercarriage is good, Gauges work, transmission is strong and responsive in both forward and reverse when it is cold and also after You have been operating all day. That pretty much sums it up. The bottom seat cover has duct tape on it. and the machine is scratched up. But. You can see that in the pics. This dozer has scratches and blemishes you can expect from a used dozer. But. When You sit on this dozer and feel the controls and see how tight it is, You can tell it is a genuine low hour machine. For sale is a 1984 John Deere 450C Nicely Restored Bulldozer with 6-way blade. It is a four cylinder diesel turbo with JD engine. I have owned this machine since it was three years old. It has been an excellent machine that we have used on our farm and now has undergone a thorough restoration to very nice condition. The restoration includes all new parts including JD transmission. Radiator, rebuilt valve body, paint, seats, decals, water pump, hoses and belts, alternator, gauges and tachometer, battery, muffler, lights, headliner cutting edge, eighty five percent all new undercarriage. Less than 700 hours on new engine, injector pump, injectors, turbo, boom cylinder seals and more. This bulldozer runs excellent and does not use a drop of oil and does not leak any fluids. John Deere JD 450 crawler loader backhoe bulldozer bull dozer
JD 450 crawler with a four in one bucket and a backhoe. The backhoe also comes off and I have rear weights that go with it. The right clutch needs adjustment as it will not turn right. Tracks need to be tensioned. Grease fittings need replaced. Buckets need new teeth. Starts and runs great. right armrest need redone. You can see in the video. only has a couple of hundred hours on it since it was gone through. Sprockets and rollers are good. Can take more pictures and e-mail them if requrested. Elk Forest Farms. Inc. is pleased to offer a used John Deere 350B crawler loader backhoe up for sale. I am unsure of the exact year. The SN is listed above. We bought the machine from a local summer camp here with a bad engine 3 years ago. Over the past three years we had worked on the machine a little at a time. We rebuilt the engine with new sleeves, pistons, bearings, refurbished head, new gaskets, rebuilt starter, new injectors, filters, etc. We put the engine in and found out the steering needed work so we replaced the steering clutches with new fiber plates, steel plates, and new brake bands. We also had put a new set of chain rails on the machine at this time too. The 3-cyl. John Deere diesel engine starts very easy and runs out well. The transmission works great. The machine steers excellent both ways. It pushes and works great. The ... moremachine is equipped with the front 4-in-1 loader bucket. It is pretty handy if you want to grab brush, trees, rocks, etc. The backhoe is a quick attach and can be removed in 5 minutes and can be reattached in approx. 15 minutes. I then steamwashed the machine and had it repainted. We put new decals and and brand new seat with armrests on the machine. I have a ton of money and time in this machine and will probably never get what I got into out of it but I need to move it so I am selling it at a no reserve price so highest bidder owns it.
