The mains lead is not included. The mains power is set for 240 Volts, this can be changed. Condition Physical condition is good. The display comes on when the unit is cold but goes off as the unit warms up, presumably the driver IC for it is faulty. It has passed an Electrical Safety Test to AS/NZS 3760 standard. The counter is in excellent condition. Allswitches are working correctly. Channel A is specified to work to 160 MHz. Butwas found to work correctly out to 225 MHz. The minimum input signal for properoperation of Channel A was measured to be-26 dBm(11.2 mV rms) The inputsensitivity for Channel C at 1200 MHz was measured to be-32 dBm(5.6 mV rms) Channel C is specified from 40MHz to 1300 MHz.
