HP-IB Interface. When I got this counter. The ... moredisplay was intermittent, the HF 3.5mm connector was broken, and the LF BNC connector was a bit deformed. Reseating a circuit board solved the display problem. And I replaced the LF and HF connectors with good connectors from a non-operating instrument. I cleaned all the stickers and residue off, added bottom feet and bails and I then added Option 001(High Stability OCXO Reference Oscillator) burned-in the instrument for 24 hours, and performed all the adjustments as outlined in Chapter 5 of the Operating and Service Manual: Power Supply Adjustments. Main Synthesizer Adjustments. Offset Synthesizer Adjustments. IF Adjustments. Direct Count Adjustments. I then burned-in the instrument for another 24 hours.
