EIP model 451 CCN 1005 Microwave Pulse Counter Outside case is a little rough. Left Handle is busted. One of the Test buttons on the front is missing and Manual Select is missing. When we plug it in and switch it on you can hear it power up and the green light lights up on the power button but nothing is displayed on the LED display. Upon opening the cover I see that there are some unconnected cables and the rear fan is loose.
