Racal-Dana 1.3GHz Universal Counter This is a super-accurate counter in very good working and cosmetic condition. This counter has the coveted 04E(ultra-high stability) oven-oscillator timebase. I calibrated it within the last year against a Trimble Thunderbolt GPS disciplined reference. It is shown in the picture counting the output of a cheap(non-oven) 10MHz signal generator(which was surprisingly accurate to within 4Hz! But the counter itself is accurate well below 1Hz. The buttons on this unit are in nice condition and work and feel good. The unit has a solid, all metal enclosure. Fluke 7220A 1.3 GHz Frequency Counter Powers On Untested
Picked this up at a local estate sale and really know nothing about it. Here is what I can tell you. I am unable to test it for its intended use but I can tell you have powers on fine. It will need a detailed cleaning as it is rather dusty. There is a power cord included however it is not the original one for it but seems to function perfectly. There is one small knob that seems to have some damage however in researching this I did not see this piece on other models? At any rate I tried to highlighted in the last picture so please examine it closely. No leads or anything of that nature included with the exception of the power cord. Really don't know what else I can tell you but questions are welcome.

Used at Amateur Radio Microwave bands 1.2,2.4,3.4 and 10.5 Ghz. This counter works perfectly. I attached a pic at with a signal from my HP8620B. I also added to the power cord length.
