I have been using this while testing and repairing various HP RF and Microwave equipment for the last few months. It is clean and reliable. The pictures show measurement of frequencies up to 8.4Ghz which is the highest signal source I have in my home lab. ALso. The pictures show top, sides and rear to be clean and the front panel is free of sticker scrapes, gouges and residue. The freuency measurements are all done at an output of-2dbm and a 10db attenuator for a signal level of-12dbm. I will include power cord and a collection of manuals on USB jump drive. I cleaned all the stickers and residue off, added bottom feet and bails and I then added Option 001(High Stability OCXO Reference Oscillator) burned-in the instrument for 24 hours, and performed all the adjustments as outlined in Chapter 5 of the Operating and Service Manual: Power Supply Adjustments.
