1786 New Jersey Post colonial coin- Maris 23r(R-3) 10% Off center error
Offered is that wonderfull R-3 Maris 23r and an error coin struck 10% off center and fortunately with a full date. Usually I see these on te 43d variety and first time on this variety. So what you see here is a well struck full date example with a pleasant light brown I would call chestnut. Slight flash from the camera. Unlike some coins you have to pick up and tilt slightly to see the features this one can be admired without a glass and in my opinion is striking coin and many would grade XF but you decide. Some slight glare from the camera flash but the reverse shows the light brown color better than the obverse Still in the hand looks much better On the obverse. For full disclosure, there is a little tiny like tick mark seen to the bottom left of the horse. It is hardly noticable and does not really detract from the fact this coin is well ... morestruck and no scratches, gouges, bends, rim bumps or other problems often seen on these large coppers. On the reverse there is some light verdigus by the"E" PLURIBUS" and"UNUM" since the coin is blown up in size looks much worse than in the hand. I am reluctant to offer up these New Jersey's but now collect REvolutionary WAr buttons and relics so here they are for you to decide AS mentioned in my other auction I do not have a return policy of which I know folks may have a problem with. Never had one since it spurns Buyers Remorse. Don't let this stop you from owning it as I have done my best to describe this and the other 24p and have been a collector of these facinating coins since 1995 when I dug my first 33u in NJ. This bowl has a pie crust edge with 8 ruffles. It is 2 3/4" tall by 8 1/4" wide. It has 3 curl feet. It has wishbone pattern inside and ruffles and rings pattern on the outside. It has no chips or cracks. It does have some air bubbles and straw marks. Now the color. I had a person of knowledge look at the color and he stated that is was just a light color marigold bowl. Here is what I see. The center top and feet on the bottom are marigold. This is the normal sprayed on color. The glass looks like a ginger color. With the condition report I gave above. I would like to add to the reason I am selling these amazing speakers. I moved about a year and a half ago into a house much smaller and my prior house was built for me and I had a 7.1 surround system built in to the walls, except the center channel and my sunfire subwoofer. With that being said, I would not be selling them but its time to move on to something new and since they are not being used by me I would like it if someone else would be enjoying their amazing sound and get a great deal versus buying brand new. The exact measurements are as follows 22 3/4" long X 9 3/4" wide X 7 1/2" high, those are the length which will not change, the width of the base and the height of the front, the width of the top is 9 1/2" and the height of the rear is 6" Under the shipping weight ... moreI put 20 pounds when it actually weighs 24.3 pounds. When the grill is off it displays a 1" tweeter directly center and two driver speakers, one on each side and I believe they are 5" speakers, that I am unsure of and please don't quote me on that measurement if the exact measurement of the speakers is needed email me and I will be more than happy to find out for you. I measured them and I measured 5" but I forgot exactly how speakers are measured, meaning starting and ending points. Almost 2 carats total with 3 stones and band! The center diamond was a solitaire and I had it reset in this 3 stone 14K white gold band with diamond on each side. Antique stained slag glass window 25" x 31 3/4"- jeweled glass center
Very old stained slag glass window with a clear jewel cut center piece. I tried to capture the jewel in photo 3 but it didn't turn out well. It is an unframed piece and only framed with glass bar. There are some repair solder points along one side and a few in the middle and one bar across top is split or broke at middle junction with center support bar. But still together. If framed or mounted it would be just fine. There is one very small crack at the very point of one of the small points of umbrella shape in photo 9. It may take awhile to find it and is not noticable unless you were to look very carefully. Known to be in the structure in 1920s. But we are presuming the actual date of this glass is late 1800s early 1900s, it weighs 15 lbs.and measures 31 3/4" x 25" thanks for looking
