This auction is for a vintage Spirule slide chart. It comes with the original instructions and enevelope. The spirule itself has a date of 1951 on it. The instructions are dated 1959 by The Spirule Co. The directions are written by Walter R. Evans. The circular portion of the device has labels of Slope. Dampening Ratio, and Log. According to the instructions this little device can help do quite a bit. Some things include: multiplication, addition of logarithms, root locus plots, vector angle addition, Spiral curves, computation of Gain K, Frequency Response plots, Adding ordinates, and others. 1949 Ford remote control model car in the original box, w/factory instructions
This is an original 1949 Ford scale model remote controlled car in the manufacturers box with the operating instructions. Owner service policy and the registration application. The car operates on two"D" cell batteries which slip into the end of the controller tube. The controller tube allows the operator to drive the car forward and backward and steer in any direction. It features a five pole electric motor, a flexible control cable and pneumatic steering. Made by AMT in Detroit, MI, this car was produced in several colors. This 1/25th scale model measures 7.25" long x 3" wide. The body of the car is in near mint condition. The electric motor is still inside the car but is not attached. The controller tube and all of the electrical connections have no corrosion, however, the end of the plastic tube has broken retaining ... moreears. I am reliably informed that there is a limit to the amount of Hifi that a man can own and indeed use. I am also informed that I have exceeded this limit by quite some margin and must make some room. Whilst I do take issue with these statements I have been forced to concede defeat and so I am having a cull of my spare equipment and will be offering a number of my spare bits of hifi kit over the next week or so.
