I bought this 3 years ago and do not have a need for it anymore. The optics are in excellent shape and all movements are very fluid. From what I have researched. It was built in 1966 in Switzerland. It has the vinyl protective cover and a"toothpick like" tool for making adjustments. Looks like it was taken care of with the exception of the Orange paint on the cover. I don't know much about these devices other than its used for surveying. I have no instructions nor any documentation about its calibration. The serial number can be confirmed via the internet.this is model N2. It's built very solid and was a great conversation piece. No warranties written nor expressed.sold as is. The Wild N2 is a Engineer-Level with rotatable telescope and coincidence bubble and the Wild NK2 has additionally a glass circle for angle measurements and setting out. This Wild NK2 tilting level is an accurate. Quick to use instrument for top quality work. The telescope features 26x magnification with an inverted bright image permitting staff readings of high accuracy. It also features a reversible tubular level and telescope, which allows the divergence between the line of collimation and the bubble tube axis at two staff readings(180º apart) to be automatically eliminated by taking the mean of the two readings. This particular model. Is fitted with a horizontal circle to allow it's use for setting-out angles and for tachometric surveys in reasonably level terrain, ... moreand the reading microscope is situated to the right of, and below, the telescope. The glass circle is divided into degrees, each degree being numbered, sub-division of the same being made by a secondary scale with 6 intervals for 360 degree division.
