The certificate is dated January 26. 1922. The company was incorporated in Delaware. The certificate is slightly larger than my scanner. The company was formed by Josiah Kirby. A Cleveland businessman, as a giant mortgage company that handled large construction loans. The company built a large office building on Superior Avenue that was one of the tallest skyscrapers in Cleveland at the time. The building still exists and is known for it architectural style. The building is now known as the Superior Building. The company was short lived and went into receivership in 1923. Postage based upon shipping within the United States. We have up for sale a REALLY GREAT COLLECTIBLE. THEY ARE NABISCO BUILDING BLOCKS FROM 1995 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. There are seven blocks standing 5 feet tall. Great decoration for a child's room. They have never been used but have been opened for the pictures. Starting from the bottom: Block 1 is 11” square. And has pictures of the products as they were in 1995. Block 2 is 10” square and the pictures are from 1985. Block 3 is 9 1/4” square and pictures are from 1952. Block 4 is 8 1/2” square and the pictures are from 1941. Block 5 is 7 1/2 square and the pictures are from 1923. Block 6 is 6 1/2” square and pictures from 1918. Block 7 is 6” square and pictures are from 1898. They all fit inside each other.
