This high quality lensmeter from Topcon looks to be in overall nice shape, but I really don't know enough about the unit to test it. When I first turned it on, I would see a green"blip" run across the screen a few times, but then I fiddled with the contrast and brightness knobs, and I can no longer see the"blip" when I switch it on. Also, it looks like the small cover for the printer on the side is missing.
