Its got beautiful crystal spear prisms hanging down and all are present. It does work as you can see in photos and has along cord for plugging into wall, however the wiring doesnt look brand new so it should probably be checked by a professional. EXQUISITE ANTIQUE BRASS CRYSTAL PRISM CHANDELIER WITH HAND STRUNG FLOWER PRISMS. BEADS& CANDLE HOLDERS This is just beautiful! It is made of solid brass and it has a green verdigris finish over top. It has tiny glass flower prisms on all three corners along with up and down tubular prisms on the top and on the bottom! It has a bulb in the center that has a hand made crystal bulb cover and three smaller bulbs on the bottom. This will need to be rewired for one of bulbs does not work do to a broken wire on top and also the main wire is short. There is a tube that comes up and down that is loose and it will need to be attached back or glued with epoxy, see photo) There are many larger prisms and flowers at the top and at the bottom that appear cockeyed because the hoseshoe shaped brass parts are bent and they will need to be reshaped. Also ... morethe arms have some bending and one has a split(see photo) It looks worse in the photo. The arms have 6 candle holders that make for a romantic atmosphere that can be used as well! Varying sizes approx. 2" long from top of clear glass bead to bottom of amethyst glass drop. Not measuring the wire attached. Being handmade they all vary a little in size and shape. Bubble and surface pitting in drops, which is typical in hand blown glass. In nice vintage condition. Some rust on wires and some chipping at the neck of purple drops. Large Antique Czech Lamp Finial Prism Cut Glass
Here is a large old cut glass finial. The glass is not glued to the brass metal top but fits in nicely. The base is marked Made In Czecho-slovakia Rindsberger Chicago. The glass has chips on the end that fits into the brass finial and does not show when in place. The visible part has no chips. The metal part is bent slightly. I'd think and easy fix. They used the same Prism technology that they developed and used for the Insert cards. A plain printed promo card was put in comic magazines. But this PRISM promo was the one sent to dealers. It is not only much more attractive(the picture doesn't really show the Prism effect very well) but is also extremely Rare in comparison to the plain promo.
