I am hesitant to list any comic in"Mint" or even"Near Mint" condition because my grading may be different from a buyers. I use Overstreet guidelines and what eBay says about grading and I also use my thirty-five plus years of collecting experience. If I think a comic is NM or better I usually list it as“VF+” but sometimes I can be wrong. But I strive to err on the side of caution. Rarely do I list a book that’s worth the cost of a CGC grade so my condition/grading may differ from theirs and I think CGC is ruining the collecting hobby anyway. I have collected ... morecomics most of my 45 years on this Earth so I might know a little bit. I do carefully check each book I list and all my comics come bagged, with many being boarded too. When I“grade” a comic I rarely sell it for the Overstreet value of that grade, it is usually much cheaper. The actual condition may not be as listed, heck, it might be even better… I only really like to ship USPS Priority Mail. It isn’t really that expensive and it’s fast. I do offer shipping via“media mail” as the usual first choice because people seem to like a less costly shipping option and don’t mind waiting.
